Its current strategy, Strategic Vision 2035, focuses the business on ultra-premium integrated commercial properties in Asia's gateway cities, with capital being recycled away from standalone build-to-sell activities and toward long-term investment properties, third-party capital platforms and experience-led city-centre placemaking. As at 31 December 2025, Hongkong Land reported more than US$47 billion in assets under management for leasing assets in its Prime Properties Investment segment, more than 1.86 million sq. m. of lettable area in operation and approximately 1.43 million sq. m. of lettable area under development.
