Position: Part-time Company Secretarial Assistant
Location: Hong Kong

  • Assist to handle company secretarial works e.g., preparing meeting papers
  • Provide company secretarial supports to the Company Secretarial team
  • Perform data entry, report running and maintain departmental filings and corporate records
  • Handle statutory filings and company searches
  • Handle requests from other functions such as document executions, due diligence and organising bank Know-Your-Client
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required 


  • Students of Diploma or above in Company Secretarial or related disciplines; Candidates with relevant experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Good sense of responsibility, mature, pro-active, attentive to details, team player, self-motivated, willing to learn
  • Proficient computer skills, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Contract period: Oct 2019 - Jan 2020, works 16 hours per week
