Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Provide premium customer services to tenants, customers and the public through telephone and written communication in our call centre
  • Take ownership of all customer requests and report customers’ feedback and comments to the building’s Management for actions

Requirements

  • Form 7 graduate or above
  • Possess a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call centre; any administrative experience would be an advantage
  • Pleasant with strong customer service skills and willing to work on a rotary shift
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
