Position: Training Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess current and future training needs and expectations for Property Management department
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategy to foster a learning culture and to strengthen loyalty in and towards Property Management department
  • Develop and administer training programmes for both the local and regional offices, and collaborate with HR department whenever appropriate, to help individuals and teams develop skills and knowledge
  • Review and update existing training courses and materials and also develop new training courses to address existing and future needs
  • Prepare and manage yearly training plans, schedule and training budget
  • Keep abreast of new educational and training techniques and methods, and the needs of the Property Management Industry
  • Source and manage external consultants, as well as conduct reviews of programme effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources or other relevant fields
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role with a track record in designing and executing successful training programmes for operational, frontline and supervisory staff
  • Familiar with various training and teaching methods (classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, train-the-trainer, etc.)
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making and organisational skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Experience in property management will be an advantage
