Position: Marketing & Communications Executive

Responsibilities

  • Support the customer loyalty programme on-going operations and implementation
  • Work collaboratively and effectively across departments and/or agency for smooth daily operations
  • Work with multiple internal departments and agency partners to deliver best in class communications
  • Assist the marketing manager to carry out the CRM budget, strategies and framework planning
  • Performe business and consumer data analysis and come up with insights to evaluate effectiveness of loyalty program
  • Work closely with internal departments and external parties in execution of CRM & marketing programmes
  • Support data extraction process and preparing regular reporting and presentation material

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above, preferably in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology related disciplines
  • 3 years' of relevant experience in CRM or data analysis roles
  • Attention to details with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup
  • Knowledge in Tableau is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
