- Support the daily operations of HR services
- Administer various benefit programs such as medical scheme, health check, retirement gifts, long service award, etc.
- Arrange enrolment/termination of enJoy card, JSA membership, extrasure Travel Insurance, etc.
- Support the leave record management such as annual leave, sick leave, etc.
- Report work injury cases to Labour Department when required
- Provide ad hoc support as required
- Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 4 years' relevant experience gained from sizeable organizations
- Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
- Detail-minded, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and familiar with PeopleSoft system is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
