Position: Human Resources Administrator (Recruitment & Staff Communications)
Location: Hong Kong
Job Ref. No.: HK-HR-HKA(REC)-HKL

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks along the recruitment process, e.g. job advertisement posting, interview scheduling, reference checking, employment contract and on-boarding preparation
  • Participate in the selection interviews if appropriate
  • Prepare regular recruitment analysis reports
  • Create new staff records in various HR systems
  • Assist in preparing staff newsletters and co-ordinating staff recreation activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 4 years' relevant experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook 
  • Experience in using Peoplesoft, recruitment management system, e-filing system an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
