Position: Office Attendant
Location: Hong Kong

  • Collect internal and external mails and deliver to respective recipients
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and rearranging after completion of event
  • Provide ad hoc support as required 


  •  DSE or above
  • 1 year’ work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
