Unrivalled Tranquility
Set amid lush gardens and tranquil parks, Central Park is an oasis of serenity in the heart of the capital. The 20,000 sq. m People's Park on the south side gives Central Park an unsurpassed greenery rate of over 40%, unmatched by the mere 25% - 30% its peers offer.
Central Park's own environment is made up of four main circular architectural zones and a common central focal point. This maximises the facing towards the southerly sun, soothing greenery and inimitable vistas. Each of these five areas has its own landscape features designed along the five themes of nature: mountains, water, rocks, trees and light.
