Hongkong Land has set up a 50/50 joint venture with Chongqing Longfor Real Estate Development Inc. to develop the Bamboo Grove project, a high quality residential development along the Jialing River in the Hi-tech Industry Development Zone of Chongqing, China.

Enjoying the best view of the Jialing River, Bamboo Grove is surrounded by green mountains, braided streams, abundant vegetation and singing birds. The development is situated near Zhaomu Mountain City Park, 15 minutes from Jiangbei Business District and 20 minutes from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.

With a total site area of approximately 7,800,000 sq. ft, once completed Bamboo Grove will be a composite development consisting of villas, townhouses, low-rise apartments, high-rise apartments, a sports park, chapel, retail complex and so on. The pre-sale of Phase 1 of Bamboo Grove was launched in September 2007. To date, units in phase 1,2 and 3 have almost completely sold out.

Phase 4 units, currently for sale, included 12 high-rise apartments with two to four bedrooms. Phase 5 units have already sold out.
