Position: Corporate Development Manager
Location: Hong Kong

The incumbent will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation in Hongkong Land and delivering its pipeline of innovation projects.


1. Identify Opportunities 

  • Establish channels for colleagues to contribute new ideas and be recognized for them
  • Source ideas from the latest innovative approaches in the market
  • Develop a framework to evaluate potential innovation projects


2. Manage the Innovation Portfolio

  • Manage the portfolio of innovation projects to bring these projects to maturity and successful implementation
  • Engage internal stakeholders on changes to business processes required for the implementation of innovation programmes
  • Act as the contact point for consultants and manage the performance of consultants
  • Review the effectiveness of concluded innovation projects


3. Support the Development of a Culture of Innovation within the Organisation Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related fields
  • 6 to 8 years of work experience, preferably in innovation management, change management, project management, or technology
  • Background in software development is beneficial
  • Willingness to think outside of the box
  • Ability to critically evaluate the potential and limitations of new ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and with external partners
  • A self-starter with excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
