Position: Assistant Finance Manager – Financial Control and Compliance
Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to business units in Asia region to develop, implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures to meet the Group standards and requirements
  • Identify control deficiencies on local operational policies, guidelines, procedures and systems at regional business units and make recommendations for control improvement and risk mitigation
  • Assist in implementing the Group Risk Management programs
  • Perform some financial control routines at Hong Kong Headquarter
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in accounting, auditing or risk management
  • Possess relevant professional qualifications
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience of which at least 3 years of Big 4 audit experience. Past experience on internal control or audit will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Occasional business travel is required
