Position: Administrator (Retail Leasing)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Asset Manager and team members
  • Handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, manage expenses claims, etc.
  • Prepare offer letters, update various leasing reports, sales analysis reports and joint-venture reports, handle confidential documents and prepare presentation materials

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years’ secretarial / administrative experience in commercial or property industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A good team player, self-motivated and detail-minded
