Position: Administrator
Location: Hong Kong

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Marketing & Communications and other team members
  • Handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, organize corporate/team activities and maintain business records
  • Co-ordinate with Accounting Department for accounts payable and book keeping activities
  • Support Marketing and Communications activities as required


  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial / administrative experience in sizable companies, candidates with accounting knowledge is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A good team player, self-motivated and detail-minded
