Hongkong Land partners with China National Aviation Company and Pantares (the airport alliance created between Fraport AG - Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide and the Schiphol Group), to develop Tradeport Hong Kong into the logistics gateway for Asia. The centre opened for operations in the first quarter of 2003, providing 41,000 sq. m of intelligent and flexible handling capacity at one of the world's critical distribution crossroads.
