For the past few years, Hongkong Land has been working with the Government on Central Cityscape, an initiative to enhance Central and to upgrade the environment.

To demonstrate the effectiveness of Central Cityscape, we have implemented a Pilot Scheme in the pedestrian area between Prince's Building and Statue Square that highlights a range of improvements to further enhance its ambience.

The Pilot Scheme is intended to act as a catalyst for the implementation of the Central Cityscape concept within Central. We hope to work together with the Government and the local business community to extend this vision.
